I am a legal professional passionate about the convergence of law, technology, and innovation. I specialise in public procurement, data protection, and EU law. Navigating cross-sectional matters in the realm of new technologies is what I am most passionate about and where I thrive.

Currently, I am seconded to the EU AI Office within the European Commission (DG CNECT). In Austria, I work as a Legal Policy Officer at the Public Procurement Directorate within the Ministry of Justice. In this role, I created the project “Digital Transformation of Public Procurement in Austria” from scratch, and I continue to lead it as the head of the project.

As part of my postgraduate degree program, the LL.M. in Information and Media Law (IT Law) at the University of Vienna (Postgraduate Center), I am currently writing my master’s thesis on “AI in Public Procurement & Public Procurement of AI.” To conduct this research, I have been selected as a Netidee scholar.
